Motorcycle Gang Member Kicks Mother’s Back Windshield

A 26-year-old motorcyclist named Cody Heron was arrested in Philadelphia after a shocking incident was captured on video, showing him violently attacking a car’s windshield with his foot while a mother and her two young children were inside. The disturbing footage went viral, prompting police to take action after receiving tips from the public, including Heron’s employer.

Heron faces serious charges, including possession of an instrument of crime, reckless endangerment, and multiple counts of aggravated assault. During his arraignment, the Philadelphia District Attorney, Larry Krasner, requested a bail of $5 million, but the judge ultimately set it at 10% of $2.5 million.

The incident unfolded when Heron allegedly collided with the driver’s side of 23-year-old Nikki Bullock’s vehicle as a group of motorcyclists took over the streets. After breaking the back windshield, Heron reportedly pointed a gun at Bullock as she confronted him. Fortunately, her children, aged 2 and 5, were unharmed despite the chaos.

Assistant District Attorney William Fritze condemned Heron’s reckless behavior, describing it as a senseless act of violence against an innocent family. Interim Police Commissioner John Stanford emphasized the trauma inflicted on the victims during the incident.

Bullock recounted her experience, explaining that she felt compelled to stand up to Heron to protect her children. She noted that her main concern was their safety amid the frightening situation.
